Backyard Stretch Tents for Sale
When renting starts feeling expensive
The first backyard event is fine to rent. By the fourth — kid’s birthday, anniversary, summer cocktail night, milestone party — the rental pattern starts costing more than it should. The 21 × 21 ft Hut^Flex One sells from $2,000, which is roughly two and a half rentals at typical $1.50/sq ft pricing. After that, every backyard event costs nothing beyond a few hours of setup time on the day.
The 21 × 21 ft footprint is sized for residential lots. It fits on most suburban lawns without dominating the yard, hosts 25 seated guests or 50 standing for cocktail format, and packs into a single transport box for garage storage between events. The fabric is European-made PVC-coated polyester, rainproof, with a decade-plus lifespan when stored correctly. Tents we built in 2008 are still in service today.

Backyard ownership FAQ
Will the 21 × 21 ft fit my lawn? Most suburban lawns clear 21 × 21 ft easily. Send a quick site photo with your inquiry; we’ll confirm clearance and recommend the right Hut^Flex format.
Pricing? Hut^Flex One and 75 start at $2,000. The 100 and up start at $3,500. Custom features (color, branding) add to that.
Free shipping? Yes — Europe to LA is included in the sale price. From LA to your address in the US, shipping is calculated separately.
Setup myself or hire? The smallest formats can be set up by 2 reasonably-fit people in 4 hours. Most owners hire a small crew (~$300-500 in local labor) for the first install and run subsequent setups themselves once they know the steps.
Storage between events? Each tent packs into a single transport box (or two for larger formats). Keep it dry and well-ventilated; condensation from temperature swings is the main long-term threat.
