Rental & Purchase Policies
Thank you for choosing [Your Company Name]. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for both tent rentals and purchases.
Rental Cancellations
Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel your rental booking free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery or setup date.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or on the day of delivery are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We offer one free rescheduling (subject to availability). Additional changes may incur a service fee.
Refunds for Rentals
We do not offer refunds for:
- Unused rental days
- Weather-related cancellations outside of our control
- Client-side setup errors or miscommunication about venue access
If the tent cannot be delivered or installed due to our team’s error, you will receive a full refund or credit.
Product Returns (Purchases Only)
If you purchased a stretch tent (not rented), you may return it under these conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll be refunded within 7 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Lost Items
For rentals, any damage, staining, or loss of the tent or accessories will result in additional fees based on repair or replacement cost.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Please email us at email@yourdomain.com with your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
