A wedding photographer told us the worst thing a tent can do is photograph as a tent. White vinyl peaks, exposed cross-bracing, fluorescent reflections off the ceiling fabric — once they’re in the frame they don’t leave. The Bedouin canopy is the opposite. It reads as architecture in photos: clean curves, soft sand-tone fabric that catches golden hour, no center poles to crop around.

What couples typically rent
For ceremonies under 80 guests, the Hut^Flex 120 at 1,290 sq ft is enough room for a clear aisle and seated rows. For weddings of 80 to 120, the Hut^Flex 150 at 1,615 sq ft handles ceremony plus cocktail. Larger receptions of 150 to 200 seated move into the Hut^Flex 216 at 2,325 sq ft, and full receptions with a dance floor often book the Hut^Flex 300 at 3,230 sq ft. Wedding rental FAQ
Can florists hang installations from the canopy? Yes. Florals, draping, bistro lighting, chandeliers — all common. The rigging is open and there are no center poles, so the install team has the full ceiling to work with.
What if it rains on the day? The canopy is rainproof and seamed against water ingress. We’ve run weddings through unpredictable spring storms in SoCal with ceremonies starting on schedule.
Booking lead time? Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable for SoCal weddings. Peak season (May through October) tightens fast. Coastal venues with Coastal Commission permitting need 8 to 12 weeks.
Can the tent stay up overnight for a multi-day wedding? Yes. The rigging holds tension across multi-day installs. Side walls and partner-supplied heating handle evening temperature drops.
Do you coordinate with our planner? Most weddings have a planner managing the full vendor list. We work directly with them on layout, install timing, and load-in/load-out so the rest of the timeline stays clean.
