Answers before you book

Can your space host
the event you have in mind?

You may have a space you love without knowing which tent will fit or how to arrange it. We help you answer the practical questions before you choose your setup.

Will a tent fit here?

We review the available space, ground and delivery access. You will know what looks possible and what we need to check before installation.

How could we arrange it?

We look at positions for the tent, tables and seating, with room for guests and catering. Where your space allows, we can discuss different arrangements.

Where will guests need shade?

Tell us when guests arrive, eat and take a break. We consider where covered seating would be useful at those times.

More than a place for the tables

Make room for every
part of the day.

Dinner might be covered, but your guests may also need somewhere to wait before the ceremony or sit during drinks.

We look at those areas together: where the tent goes, how guests reach it and where there is space to pause. Your event time helps us consider where shade will be useful.

  • Room for tables, chairs and people to move
  • Tent position considered for your event hours
  • Clear routes for guests and catering

Get to know the canopy

What is a stretch tent?

A stretch tent is a fabric canopy tensioned over poles and secured at its edges. The position of the poles and the height of the edges shape the covered space.

Keep the view part of the event

An open-sided layout lets your guests enjoy the garden or surrounding venue while gathering beneath the canopy.

Explore different shapes and openings

Raised edges create an open space; lower edges make it feel more enclosed. We review the arrangement around your space, seating and access.

Give the setting a softer look

The curved fabric becomes part of the atmosphere, whether you are planning a dinner, a party or a lounge.

Questions about planning your tent

What happens after I send my details?

We review your location, event plans and guest count, then contact you to discuss the space. We may ask for photos or measurements to help suggest a tent layout. You can review the proposal before deciding whether to book.

Can a stretch tent fit in my backyard?

That depends on the available space, ground surface and access. Send your address or venue name and any dimensions you have. Photos of the area and the route from the street help us see what needs checking.

Do I need exact measurements to get started?

No. Send the information you have, even if you are still choosing a venue or do not know the exact guest count. We will explain which measurements or photos would help with the next step.

Can you help us plan shade for the guests?

Yes. Tell us when and where guests will gather, and we will consider the tent position for that part of the day. Shade moves as the sun changes, and a canopy does not replace a hot-weather plan.

What if the tent will not work in our space?

We explain what prevents the setup and discuss whether another position or layout is possible. You can consider those options before confirming the project.

What will the quote include?

The quote lists the tent setup and services included for your event. Furniture, flooring and lighting appear only where agreed, so you can see what we provide and what your other suppliers need to handle.

Does the site review include permits or engineering?

The review helps us plan a possible tent setup; it is not a permit or engineering approval. We identify questions that need checking with your venue or the appropriate reviewer before installation is confirmed.
