Discuss my venueStart with one upcoming event. No commitment to a series.

A place for each part of the event
Which outdoor space
would your guests enjoy?
Give your coordinator a clear starting point: what the tent is for, where it could sit and how guests will use it.

Outdoor dining
Plan the covered seating around your meal service, table layout and the space guests need to move.

Drinks & conversation
Bring people together before dinner or give them somewhere to sit between moments in the program.

An evening setting
Keep the outdoor space part of the celebration. Lighting and other options are included where agreed.
Plan around the way your venue works
A beautiful setup.
A clear plan for your team.
Your team knows the gates, the lawn, the neighbors and the timing. We use those details to plan the installation with you.
- Delivery route and working access
- Installation and removal windows
- Guest paths and supplier working areas
- Venue requirements and approvals to check

A useful starting point for the next brief
Build a layout your
team can come back to.
For a suitable space, we can explore a small set of arrangements — such as dinner and a lounge — and keep the agreed plan as a reference for future events.
Your venue layout
Tent position, seating areas and guest routes considered together. New event requirements are checked before reusing it.
Your installation plan
Agreed access and working windows, so the coordinator and suppliers know how the tent setup fits into the day.
Your defined scope
A quote that identifies tent services, selected extras and who provides each part of the setup.
Start with one real event
Bring us your next brief.
- 01

Share the location, intended use and any upcoming date. A site plan or supplier requirements can follow.
- 02
Review the setup together
We discuss the space with your coordinator or planner and identify what needs checking.
- 03
Confirm the event scope
Review the layout, installation plan and quote before booking. Future events are discussed and confirmed separately.

Get to know the canopy
What is a stretch tent?
A stretch tent is a fabric canopy tensioned over poles and secured at its edges. The position of the poles and the height of the edges shape the covered space.
Keep the view part of the event
An open-sided layout lets your guests enjoy the garden or surrounding venue while gathering beneath the canopy.
Explore different shapes and openings
Raised edges create an open space; lower edges make it feel more enclosed. We review the arrangement around your space, seating and access.
Give the setting a softer look
The curved fabric becomes part of the atmosphere, whether you are planning a dinner, a party or a lounge.
Questions from venue teams
Before you book
Can we start with one event?
Yes. Share an upcoming event and we will review a suitable setup with your team. You can review the layout, services and quote before booking. There is no requirement to commit to a series.
Can our planner keep their current suppliers?
Yes. We can provide the tent, delivery, installation and removal within the agreed scope. Furniture, catering and other services can stay with your chosen suppliers. We agree where their work connects with ours.
Are you already an approved supplier at our venue?
We check your supplier process with your team. We can discuss the insurance and documents you require before a booking is confirmed. This page does not imply an existing preferred-supplier appointment.
Will the same layout work for every event?
A familiar layout gives us a starting point. Changes in guest count, seating, ground conditions, event use or venue rules may require a revised plan.
Does a repeatable layout mean a fixed price?
Each booking is quoted for its date and scope. Access, installation hours, tent size and optional services can affect the price. Your quote identifies what is included.
What about permits or a longer-term installation?
Tell us your intended use and duration. We identify what needs checking with the venue and appropriate reviewers. A preliminary layout is not a permit or engineering approval.
