More than the wedding day

Make time for the people
who came to celebrate.

A welcome dinner gives everyone a chance to settle in. A farewell gathering gives you time for one more conversation. Tell us which moments matter to you, and we’ll plan the covered space around them.

Start with the moments, not the measurements

Bring us your
weekend plans.

  1. 1. Share the venue and gatherings.

Dates, approximate times and guest counts for each event help us start. If you’re still deciding, tell us what you know.

  2. 2. Explore one installation.

We review the space and schedule with your venue or planner to see whether a shared setup is suitable.

  3. 3. Review the whole proposal.

Check the layouts, working windows, services and price before confirming the booking.

Get to know the canopy

What is a stretch tent?

A stretch tent is a fabric canopy tensioned over poles and secured at its edges. The position of the poles and the height of the edges shape the covered space.

Keep the view part of the event

An open-sided layout lets your guests enjoy the garden or surrounding venue while gathering beneath the canopy.

Explore different shapes and openings

Raised edges create an open space; lower edges make it feel more enclosed. We review the arrangement around your space, seating and access.

Give the setting a softer look

The curved fabric becomes part of the atmosphere, whether you are planning a dinner, a party or a lounge.

Wedding weekend questions

Before you decide

Can the tent stay in place between events?

We review the full period with your venue. The site must be suitable, and access, checks and responsibility for the installed space must be agreed before confirming the booking.

Can dinner tables become a lounge the next day?

We can review that change with your planner. Moving furniture, storage, cleaning and any tent adjustments need to be included in the scope or assigned to your venue or suppliers.

Will one installation cost less?

It may reduce repeated delivery and setup work, but a longer booking also reserves equipment and may require resets or checks. We quote the actual scope; there is no automatic multi-event discount.

What if each event has a different guest count?

Tell us the count and intended use for each gathering. Welcome drinks and a seated dinner need different amounts of usable space, so we check each layout.

Are furniture, lighting and flooring included?

Your quote identifies the tent services and selected extras for the whole booking. We also clarify what your planner, venue or other suppliers provide.

Can this work for a multi-day cultural wedding?

Share the individual gatherings, timing, layouts and service needs. We review the tented space with your specialist planner to see how it could support the program.
