Yes, we consider projects beyond our usual Southern California destinations. Our usual rental area is within about 200 miles of Los Angeles; longer trips carry a travel fee. Share the venue address and dates so we can confirm the logistics and quote the trip.
Your rental proposal covers the agreed delivery, installation and takedown. The price depends on the venue location, access, tent size and schedule. We confirm the scope and travel costs in your quote before you book.
We install on grass, sand, gravel and uneven ground, subject to a site review. Hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt need a ballast plan instead of stakes. Send photos and dimensions so we can check the available anchoring space.
We still need to confirm the date, crew availability and suitability of the site. Access, anchoring space, venue rules and any permit requirements affect the plan. A city on the map is a destination we serve, not a booking confirmation.
