What “small” means and who buys
Small stretch tents — 440 sq ft up to 1,080 sq ft — sit at the most accessible price point in the Hut^Flex line. The 21 × 21 ft Hut^Flex One starts at $2,000. The Hut^Flex 75 (810 sq ft) also starts at $2,000. The Hut^Flex 100 (1,080 sq ft) starts at $3,500. These are the sizes most often bought outright by individual homeowners, restaurant operators, small wedding venues, and event-services brands building inventory.
The economics favor ownership at this size in particular. A small tent’s purchase price is roughly equivalent to two-and-a-half rentals at typical $1.50/sq ft pricing, so the third event onward is pure savings against a continued rental schedule. Service life runs decade-plus when stored correctly. Tents we manufactured in 2008 are still in active service today.

Small ownership FAQ
Pricing? Hut^Flex One and 75 start at $2,000. Hut^Flex 100 starts at $3,500. Custom features (color, branding, fabric weight) add to base price.
How quickly does ownership pay off versus rental? At $1.50/sq ft rental orientation, a $2,000 tent recovers its cost in 2 to 3 events. From there, every event is pure savings.
Setup difficulty? Small formats can be set up by 2 reasonably-fit people in 4 hours. Most owners hire a small crew (~$300-500 in local labor) for the first install and run subsequent setups themselves once they know the steps.
