What “small” means

A small stretch tent runs from the most compact 21 × 21 ft Hut^Flex One up through the 1,080 sq ft Hut^Flex 100. That’s 25 to 70 seated guests, or 50 to 140 cocktail. The size category most-booked for residential events: backyard birthdays, kids’ parties, anniversary dinners, intimate weddings, summer cocktail evenings, pop-up activations.

Smaller doesn’t mean different specs. The fabric, the multi-point tensioning, the rainproof rating, and the CA fire certification are the same as in the largest formats. What scales down is the install time (around 4 hours, 2-person crew) and the price.

Small rental FAQ

Will it fit my backyard? The Hut^Flex One needs a clear ~30 × 30 ft area. Send a site photo with your inquiry; we’ll confirm clearance.

Install time? Roughly 4 hours total with a 2-person crew, including same-day or next-day take-down.

Lead time? Two weeks is comfortable. One week is possible at higher pricing for crew assembly.
