Private party FAQ

Will the install crew need driveway access? Yes. A standard truck and a 2-person crew. Most LA-area driveways accommodate it, and we confirm during the site walk.

Anchoring on a mixed grass / patio yard? Driven stakes on grass; weighted ballast or water barrels on hardscape. We don’t use sandbags — they’re too light to hold a stretch tent under wind.

HOAs or property managers? Most private gatherings on residential property don’t need permits, but HOA rules vary. We can talk to your HOA contact directly during scoping if helpful.

Lead time for a backyard event? Two weeks ahead is comfortable. Last-minute (within a week) is doable at higher pricing.
