Corporate event tent rental in SoCal: $1.50 per sq ft as a starting orientation, full-service install and take-down included, insurance bundled. A 1,290 sq ft Hut^Flex 120 covers 85 seated for dinner; 1,615 sq ft Hut^Flex 150 covers 105. For AV-loaded keynotes and product reveals, the 1,940 sq ft Hut^Flex 180-rigging carries reinforced rigging engineered for trusses, lighting, and sound.

Corporate FAQ
Can we hang lighting trusses or AV from the canopy? With the 180-rigging variant, yes. Standard 120/150/216/300 models are not rated for hanging weight.
Can the tent show our brand colors or logo? Rental stock is sand. For one-off events, that’s the tradeoff. For series activations (5+ events per year), owning a custom-printed tent is more cost-effective than continued rental.
What’s included in the rental price? Tent, rigging, install, take-down, insurance certificate. Side walls and flooring are partner referrals.
Permits? We can manage them for an additional fee, or coordinate with your event team if they’re handling the venue side.
Lead time? Two weeks from local LA stock. One week is possible at higher pricing for crew assembly. Custom-built canopies for repeat activations: 1-2 months from Netherlands, 2-4 months from Ukraine.
