When the guest count crosses 100
Above 100 seated or 200 cocktail, the canopy size moves into the large range. 1,615 sq ft to 3,230 sq ft. Big weddings, festivals, corporate galas, flagship-scale brand activations. This is also the range where the choice between standard rigging and heavy-duty rigging matters: a Hut^Flex 180-rigging variant is the same coverage as a 180 but engineered for hung AV, lighting trusses, and decor weight. Choose it whenever something is going to be suspended from the canopy.
These tents have run at full-scale festival stages, at 200-guest weddings, and at Burning Man under extreme wind. The fabric and certifications are the same as the smaller models — just more of it, with a 4-person install crew.

Large rental FAQ
Setup time for a 3,230 sq ft canopy? Half a day to a full day with a 4-person crew. Take-down adds another half-day. Multi-tent festival compounds scale accordingly.
Difference between Hut^Flex 180 and 180-rigging? Same coverage (1,940 sq ft). The 180-rigging variant has heavy-duty rigging engineered for AV, lighting trusses, and decor weight suspended from the canopy. Standard models aren’t rated for hung load.
Wind tolerance? Stretch tents tension across multiple anchor points, so they handle wind far better than rigid frame tents. Proven at Burning Man under extreme playa conditions.
Combining multiple large tents? Yes, modular by design. Multi-tent compounds with U-shapes, L-shapes, or extra-large halls scale to virtually any total area.
Pricing? Rental orientation is approximately $1.50 per sq ft, so $2,400 to $4,800 for the period. Multi-tent compounds quoted custom.
