Understanding size and capacity helps you plan layout, seating, and flow. Here's a quick guide to our nine sizes (seated dinner capacities):
- Hut^Flex One — ~399 sq ft, fits ~25 seated guests (no permit needed under 400 sq ft)
- Hut^Flex 75 — ~810 sq ft, ~50 guests
- Hut^Flex 100 — ~1,080 sq ft, ~70 guests
- Hut^Flex 120 — ~1,290 sq ft, ~85 guests
- Hut^Flex 150 — ~1,615 sq ft, ~105 guests
- Hut^Flex 180 Rigging+ — ~1,940 sq ft, ~125 guests
- Hut^Flex 216 — ~2,325 sq ft, ~150 guests
- Hut^Flex 300 — ~3,230 sq ft, ~210 guests
Every event is unique, so we'll help you pick the right size — whether you need room for tables, dancing, or standing. For cocktail (standing) events, each size holds roughly double the seated count.
