Stretch tents have poles and need anchor space. We check both before recommending a layout; a completely unobstructed interior may call for a different structure.

Shade and a waterproof canopy
The fabric provides shade and is fully waterproof. Drainage, wind exposure and open sides still need a weather plan. We confirm the operating limits for your installation.
Installation handled by specialists
Our crew installs and removes the structure using CA fire-certified canopy materials. Pickup and self-installation are not offered.

Yes. We rent stretch tents for private parties, backyard celebrations, weddings and corporate events in Los Angeles and Southern California. Every rental includes professional installation and removal. Share the venue and guest count so we can check the space, access and anchoring.
How much does it cost to rent a stretch tent?
Most Southern California rentals currently fall between $2,400 and $7,200 for the tent, delivery, professional rigging, and takedown, with up to five days on site and stake anchoring. Size, dates, travel, surface, ballast, and optional elements can change the final quote.
What size tent do I need for my guest count?
Capacity depends on whether the layout includes seated dining, a dance floor, a stage, catering, or open lounge space. Share the guest count and event plan and we'll recommend a configuration rather than relying on a single square-foot rule.
Can a stretch tent be installed on concrete or an uneven site?
Often, yes. Stretch tents can adapt to lawns, sand, gravel, slopes, patios, and many hard surfaces. Stakes are used where conditions permit; concrete and asphalt generally require engineered ballast. We confirm the safe layout after reviewing the site.
Are stretch tents waterproof?
The canopy fabric is fully waterproof. Rain and wind plans still depend on drainage, anchoring, forecast conditions, and the approved installation layout. Our crew reviews those limits before installation and may adjust or postpone a setup when conditions are unsafe.
How far in advance should I reserve a rental?
Reserve as early as possible for spring, summer, and other high-demand dates. If your event is sooner, send the date and location anyway; availability depends on the tent size, travel, and installation schedule.
