Fabric grade
Standard 300 g/m² vs Premium 600 g/m² (made in the Netherlands) — Premium costs more per square metre.
Rigging & poles
The rigging and pole set is quoted per setup, since it depends on the layout and load (for example, heavy-duty rigging for AV).
Setup surface
Stakes on grass are simplest; concrete or asphalt needs weighted ballast, which adds crew and logistics.
Rental duration
A single event with setup the day before and takedown after is standard; multi-day and long-term rentals are available.
Add-ons
Flooring, side walls, heating and cooling, windows, and branding are priced on top of the tent.
