Built for people, not renderings
Real installations show the difference between a canopy that merely fits and an environment that supports the program.
Open edges and linked zones help people move between hospitality, programming, and the wider site.
Dining, service, lighting, and sightlines can be planned as one experience beneath the canopy.
Repeated units can create larger covered programs while preserving clear lanes for production and circulation.
Corporate use cases
Create an open hospitality or demonstration space with optional printed walls and brand elements.
Frame the reveal, guest circulation, catering, and stage sightlines beneath one architectural canopy.
Plan sessions, meals, networking, and breakouts in a weather-ready temporary venue.
Cover employee events, client hospitality, milestones, and seasonal gatherings across Southern California.
Brand and guest experience
Use open sides for circulation and visibility, add selected walls for privacy or weather coverage, and plan lighting, flooring, heating, cooling, or fans around the program. Custom-printed walls can carry campaign graphics when production timing allows.
Site and operations
We review loading access, surface type, underground and overhead constraints, wind exposure, venue rules, and installation windows. Stakes are used where permitted; many hard-surface sites require engineered ballast.

Service area
Our regular service area includes Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, San Diego, and other Southern California locations depending on the production. Send the venue ZIP code and schedule for confirmation.
Custom-printed branding and printed side walls are available, along with clear window sections. Share the artwork, visibility goals, and production deadline early so the branded elements can be scoped with the tent and installation plan.
Lighting, heating, cooling, fans, flooring, and wall options can be included based on the tent size, season, guest count, and venue requirements. The quote identifies what we provide and what requires coordination with other vendors.
Individual tents range from approximately 399 to 3,230 square feet and multiple units can be linked into larger compounds. Share the guest count, program, stage, catering, and circulation needs so we can recommend the configuration.
Many hard-surface sites are possible with engineered ballast instead of stakes. The ballast plan depends on the tent, access, surface, wind exposure, and venue restrictions, so those requirements are confirmed before installation.
Yes. Our crew delivers, installs, and removes the tent around the agreed production schedule. We coordinate access windows, anchor or ballast requirements, and selected tent options in advance.
